Cancellation Policy
To book any service, a 50% deposit is mandatory and non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel your appointment, you must provide at least 24-hours' notice. If the cancellation is made within this timeframe, your deposit will be refunded or transferred for one reschedule. If you fail to provide 24-hour notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and the card on file will be charged for the remaining balance of the service. I have a firm 15-minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, or if you do not call and do not show up for your appointment, the card on file will be charged the remaining balance of the service. Please understand that my time is valuable, and I hold my schedule to a high standard, which I extend to my clients as well.
